Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date, as all ticket purchases are non-refundable. Nor are they transferable to any other scheduled event. Ticket(s) cannot be added to a waitlist or placed on hold for any sold out events or events not yet released.

Please note that if you do not access the Virtual Event for any reason, you are still responsible for payment. Dynamic Catholic is not obligated to refund all or a portion of the registration fee, nor provide a recording to view at a later date.

In addition, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on sale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have submitted a valid email address and have confirmed it is correct. Dynamic Catholic is not responsible for any undelivered pre-event communication or the event link due to an incorrect email address. If your email address changes between the time of your registration and the event, it is your responsibility to contact our team to have it updated.

Your registration entitles you to access to the event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and Dynamic Catholic shall have no liability for such costs.

In an effort to make this event experience rewarding and enjoyable for all attendees, you acknowledge and agree that Dynamic Catholic reserves the right and full authority to remove you from the event if it is determined that your participation, comments, questions, or any other behavior are deemed disruptive or hinder the overall experience. In the event of your removal, a refund will not be issued to you.

Participants may not record or broadcast audio or visual of any Dynamic Catholic events. We will only temporarily entrust your personal data to trusted third parties who need this information for event distribution purposes. We will not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties.

During your participation in an event, you acknowledge and agree to grant Dynamic Catholic the right to record, film, photograph, livestream, or capture your likeness in any media format and to distribute, broadcast, or use such media in the future without any approval from you or payment to you.

Dynamic Catholic is not responsible for any technological issues that occur, including but not limited to internet disruptions, software malfunctions, or the like. If you experience technological issues during your event please contact us at (859) 980-7900 and we will do our best to remotely assist you.

In the event that Dynamic Catholic is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to your registered event for any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to, issues with the hosting platform, acts of God, labor disputes, terrorism, disaster, epidemic or pandemic, strike, Dynamic Catholic has the right to immediately terminate the event without liability and be relieved of its obligations to the registrants.

Dynamic Catholic reserves the right to modify, change or update any of the terms and conditions detailed above. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting revisions on the website. You waive any right to receive specific notice of modifications or changes.
