Itinerary

Day 1, Depart United States

Your pilgrimage begins with an overnight flight to Warsaw. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.

Day 2, Arrive in Warsaw

You will be transported to your hotel to unpack and relax. Celebrate Mass at St. James Church, the Church is where St. Faustina, Helena Kowalska, prayed extensively upon coming to Warsaw. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3, Warsaw

Following breakfast, head to Mass at Zytnia 3/9 where St. Faustina entered the convent, the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy. You will explore the Old Town, comprised of beautiful maze-like cobblestone streets and picturesque architecture that are symbols of Poland's successful rebuild following its destruction during World War II. Lunch will be on your own, followed by some free time. Visit a local restaurant for dinner and return to the hotel for overnight.

Day 4, Czestochowa

The day begins with Mass at Jasna Gora Monastery. This hill-top monastery is home to the beloved icon of the Black Madonna. Continue on to Wadowice, the birthplace of Karol Wojtyla (St. John Paul II). Continue on to Krakow for dinner and overnight.

Day 5, Krakow

Explore Krakow's Market Square, which has remained unchanged for almost 700 years. Then make your way to Wawel Hill, where you will visit the beautiful Cathedral and coronation Chapel. Lunch will be on your own, followed by a free afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Krakow.

Day 6, Wadowice | Lagiewniki

Take an excursion to Wadowice, the birthplace of Saint John Paul II. You will visit the museum and the home of St. John Paul II, as well as the Church where this beloved Saint was baptized and attended Mass as a child. Next, visit the Basilica of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and celebrate Mass at the shrine. Enjoy free time for lunch. Continue one to Lagiewniki, where, through the mediation of St. Faustina, Christ passed on the message of Divine Mercy. After Mass, return to Krakow for dinner and overnight.

Day 7, Auschwitz

Head to Auschwitz, notoriously known as a Nazi concentration camp during the Second World War. During your visit, you will have an opportunity to see the cell that imprisoned St. Maximilian Kolbe and visit the Martyrdom Museum. Return to Krakow for some free before Mass, dinner and overnight.

Day 8, Zakopane

Drive through the mountains to the small and remote village of Zakopane. You will take a cable-car to the nearby mountaintop of Gubalowka. Visit Jaszczurowka Chapel, where young Karol Wojtyla often attended Mass. Celebrate Mass in Zakopane, then return to Krakow for the farewell dinner and overnight.

Day 9, Depart Krakow

Say “pożegnanie” and revel in the memories as the bus transports you to the airport for your flight home.

After a warm welcome to Lithuania, the pilgrimage begins with an orientation tour of Vilnius. Celebrate Mass before dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3, Vilnius

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Vilnius, including: Gate Dawn, the Old Town, Church of St. Peter and Paul, the Church of St. Anna and Bernardine Monastery. You will also see the Courtyards of the Jesuit University, and the Medieval Castel, as well as the Divine Mercy Shrine. Following lunch on your own, take an excursion to visit Troki, the Castle of the Templar Knights. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 4, Vilnius

Visit the “Hill of Crosses” near the city of Siauliai. A place of pilgrimage for centuries, it is covered in thousands of crosses, large and small, many in an elaborate folk-art style. Explore for lunch on your own and continue to Siluva to visit the sanctuary of Our Lady of Siluva and celebrate Mass. Return to Vilnius for dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 5, Vilnius - Warsaw

Visit Vilnius Cathedral and the Chapel of St Casimir. On the way to Warsaw, stop in Sokolka to visit St. Anthony Of Padua Church and see the Sokolka Eucharistic Miracle. Enjoy lunch on your own. Upon arrival in Warsaw, begin the rest of your pilgrimage.

Depart on a tour of Prague, which includes a visit to the Old Town by way of Golden Lane and the Lesser Town to see the medieval Charles Bridge. Celebrate Mass at the Church of Our Lady Victorious and see the renowned statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague. Enjoy lunch on your own before visiting St. Nicholas Church, the Astronomic Clock and the Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George Basilica and Wenceslas Square. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 11, Prague

Following breakfast, embark on a half day tour to Kutna Hora and see the Cathedral and Sedlec Ossuary. Explore over free time for lunch before returning to Prague for dinner and overnight.

Day 12, Depart Prague

After breakfast, revel in the memories as the bus transports you to the airport for your flight home.
