I was given the book, Rediscover Catholicism at Christmas from my parish. Reading it has been a transformative experience for me. I have long identified myself as culturally Catholic, but have not myself been truly Christian. I left the Catholic Church for many years and am just returning now, in my 30's and married with two children. I was angry and disappointed in the church for many reasons. I am still working through many of my questions, concerns and heartache. This book is helping me address and process many things I was unable to articulate. I would very much like to distribute this book to others I know have left the church, or who are minimally involved due to many of the same reasons I left. I am also going to start a discussion group at my house using this book as a launching point….
