Mark joined the Dynamic Catholic ministry in 2014 and serves as Senior Advisor. Before joining Dynamic Catholic, Mark was co-owner of Rotex Global LLC, a global manufacturer of industrial screening machinery for almost 20 years. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, and later held management positions with Hillenbrand Industries, Appleton Papers, and the Sun Chemical Corporation.

Mark also serves on the Board of The Dupps Company in Germantown, OH and as a Blue Gold Admissions Officer for the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Indiana University, a B.S. in Meteorology from North Carolina State University, and a M.S. in Human Resources Management from Wilmington College in Delaware.

Mark’s passion is enjoying the serenity of rural life with his wife, Julie, on their 130-acre farm in Aurora, Indiana. Mark and Julie have been married for 37 years and have two grown children.
