You have

  • Prioritization skills - You’ll manage and proactively work to complete a variety of projects established as key priorities in your weekly one-on-one meeting with the President.  
  • Team work - Working collaboratively with internal team members and external professionals to accomplish specific tasks and complete projects. 
  • Proactivity - Anticipate and respond to the day-to-day needs of Leadership. This will include a broad variety of tasks from assisting with special projects, to running errands, and everything in between.
  • A willingness to be available as needed outside of regular business hours for urgent or emergency situations that require immediate attention.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capability to absorb large amounts of information, process quickly, thinking critically, and problem solve.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing a high volume of calendar events, emails, and requests.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Experience in customer-first, hospitality focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the President's schedule, ensuring the days flow efficiently.
  • Anticipate and respond to the day-to-day needs of the President.
  • Prioritize, manage, and contribute to a variety of projects and key initiatives collaboratively with internal team and external professionals.
  • Coordinate and execute internal staff events, as well as other events that come up as needed.

Qualifications

  • Meticulous attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills. 
  • Desire to add enormous value by anticipating needs and solving problems.
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple (and often competing) deadlines.
  • Sense of humor, discretion, humility, and coachable with outstanding work ethic.
  • Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work additional hours as needed and upon request.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize when the needs and schedule of the President change.
  • Common sense and good judgement, knowing when to take action independently and when to consult the President. 
Location

This position is located in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Applicants who are not local must be willing to relocate—which is why we offer relocation assistance!
