Brenda and Travis Stice are passionate about their Catholic faith and helping the most disadvantaged in our society.
Both serve on the Bynum School Board of Governors, a special needs school where Brenda also served as a board member for over a decade. Choose Life Midland, a pro-life organization, and Fostering Restoration, a foster care non-profit where Brenda remains a founding board member, are additional organizations they steadfastly support with time and resources.
In 2006, Brenda discovered The Rhythm of Life, a book by Matthew Kelly, prior to being diagnosed with ovarian cancer. This book forever changed her life and was a constant companion throughout her cancer journey and remains by her side today. Following a full recovery, she has enthusiastically shared the genius of our Catholic faith with her family, community, and local parishes through the many resources provided from the Dynamic Catholic Organization and its mission.
Travis has been in the oil industry since 1985 and has been the CEO and Director of Diamondback Energy since 2012. Dynamic Catholic has provided him inspiration to model his Catholic faith in his secular surroundings. He also mentors others, sharing both his personal and professional experiences to those in need. In addition to serving on several industry specific boards, Travis has left a notable impact on multiple community boards focused on serving others in the hometown of Midland, Texas.
Brenda and Travis are high school sweethearts who went on to graduate from Texas A&M University and marry in 1984. They have three grown children and two grandchildren.
