Pat Burke is a CPA, an attorney, and the founder and managing partner of Burke & Schindler. Burke received a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Dayton, graduating Cum Laude, and completed his law degree at the University of Cincinnati Law School. He also has his Series 7 Securities License.

Burke is passionate about helping entrepreneurs. Through years of experience, he has become a respected expert in mergers and acquisitions, business financing, and deal structuring. He has advised over 200 successful startups and brokered the sales of numerous businesses.

Burke sits on the board of various organizations, including Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati, SMS Holdings, and Cincinnati-based USAI, a $50 million medical information company.
