Divine Mercy is a promise. Loving. Infinite. Dynamic. Peaceful. I am a pilgrim of mercy.
Over the next 33 days, you are going to take a spiritual pilgrimage. Some people go on pilgrimage to the Holy Land, Fatima, Lords, Santiago de Compostela, or Rome. I hope you can join us one day on one of the amazing pilgrimages to these places, the dynamic Catholic hosts. But this spiritual pilgrimage you can make in the comfort of your favorite chair. And yet, it will be the longest journey you ever make without moving an inch. A pilgrimage is a sacred journey with a specific intention. Our journey will be an inner journey, and our specific intention is consecration to divine mercy. The book and these videos are intended as a handbook, materials, guides for your spiritual pilgrimage.
The readings, the prayers, the videos, and other resources are arranged day by day and under a weekly theme. This is a time of preparation for the profound experience of divine mercy. The reflections are designed to be deeply personal, deeply spiritual, and intensely practical. This preparation will require about 15 minutes each day. And here's a step-by-step guide to each day. Number one, find a quiet place. Number two, read the reflection, watch the video. Number three, ponder the one idea that struck you most from the reading or video for a few minutes. Number four, pray the divine mercy prayer. Number five, look for opportunities to adopt the virtue of the day amidst your daily activities. And number six, have a great day.
The journey will last 33 days, four weeks and five days. Each week is arranged around a theme and designed to prepare you for your consecration on day 33, but also to educate and inspire you about the extraordinary power of divine mercy. Week one, the theme is divine mercy and the pilgrim. Week two. The theme is divine mercy and the saints. Week three. The theme is the corporal works of mercy. Week four. The theme is the spiritual works of mercy. And the final days, the theme is surrender. If you miss a day, don't get discouraged and don't quit. Every evil force in the universe wants you to do that.
Every evil force in the universe wants you to quit. You will feel the pull of those evil spirits at times. And the pull of those evil spirits will be tempting you to abandon this pilgrimage. Don't do that. See those temptations for what they are. Proof that what you are doing is a powerful spiritual exercise that is going to bear abundant fruit in your life and for the world. If you miss a day or two days or even five days, do not give in to discouragement. Discouragement doesn't come from God. If you miss days, simply read the days you missed and keep moving forward will be tempted to abandon this journey or tempted to go back and start again. Don't do that either. This again is just a pull of evil. It's a pull of evil spirits that don't want you to complete this consecration. If you started praying the Rosary and you started over every time you got distracted, you would never finish praying the Rosary. Not even a single Rosary. So state of course. Don't give into distraction or discouragement. No matter what, 33 days after you start, consecrate yourself to Jesus, the Divine Mercy. Day 33 lays out clearly how to complete the Act of Consecration. God bless you. This is going to be an amazing journey. The word is out. People have been asking, what will Dynamic Catholics program on the Mass look like? The program will present one of the most beautiful masses you've ever seen right here in the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption. The cinematography is amazing. It will be a journey through the mass like no other. And at the same time, practical and relatable, and it will change the way people experience the mass forever. There are 57 amazing moments of engagement in the Catholic Mass. Let's take a look at just one of those moments of engagement that the program covers, the Offitory. You've seen and participated in it 1,000 times but do you engage in it like this? As the gifts are being brought forward and as the priest is preparing the gifts, in your heart, bring the different aspects of your life forward and offer them to God. Offer God your marriage, your family, your children, your career, your business, your friendships, in a special way, offer him your successes and your failures. Hold up to God a friend who is suffering. Offer him a particular struggle that you are enduring right now. Whatever you want to see changed in your life or in the world, place it all on the altar. That altar is an altar of transformation. Offer God everything. Mentally and spiritually place all these people and aspects of your life on the altar so that God can transform them. That's just one of the 57 moments of engagement in the Mass that will forever change the way you experience the Mass. So become an Ambassador today and help us finish this program and share it with the world. Have a great day and remember, Be Bold, Be Catholic.
Eternal God.
In whom mercy is endless.
And the treasury of compassion inexhaustible.
Look kindly upon us.
And increase your mercy in us.
That in difficult moments we might not despair.
Nor become despondent.
But with great confidence.
Submit ourselves to your holy will.
Which is love and mercy itself.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
See you tomorrow. Thank you, Ambassadors. You are changing the world. Have a great day. Have a great day.
Have a great day! [applause]
Hey, Harry. One of the best ways to be a pilgrim of mercy is to collaborate with God to create holy moments. So I figured while we got a couple of moments here, you could inspire the audience. So let me ask you, what is today's Holy Moment Challenge?
Pray before making a decision.
