At Dynamic Catholic we provide great Catholic resources that inspire people to rediscover Catholicism and live with passion and purpose. With the support of our dedicated donors, we are able to produce and distribute quality products at a fraction of their normal retail value.
While this model allows us to reach thousands of people with the inspiring truths of our faith, we are currently unable to process refunds for products ordered, including event tickets. However, if there is an issue with the physical condition or delivery of your product please let us know. We will quickly resolve the issue so you can get back to spreading the genius of Catholicism.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. Orders to Canada may be fulfilled for an additional shipping charge. This covers shipping, processing, handling, and any border/duty fees. Canadian pricing can be viewed on most products by clicking on “View Canada Pricing.”
Q: Is $5.95 for shipping and handling per item or per order?

If you have a new number, card, or expiration date, or you would like to change your payment method, please contact us at (859) 980-7900. You can also update your gift online by logging into your account and adding your new card under the “My Credit Cards” tab.
Q: Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes! Dynamic Catholic is a 501(C)(3) and all donations are tax deductible in the United States. Ambassadors will receive a tax summary letter at the end of the year.
Q: I misplaced my ticket - how can I get into the event?
There will be a Master List of ticket purchasers at will call when you arrive at the event. Your order confirmation email can also serve as your tickets.
Q: I am unable to attend the event. May I refund my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you’d like to receive materials from the event or exchange your tickets for another event, contact our Mission Team at (859) 980-7900.
Q: I’m interested in bringing a Dynamic Catholic Event to my parish. How much does it cost?
Dynamic Catholic Events are free for parishes to host. Parishes commit to promoting the event and selling tickets with support from a Dynamic Catholic Event Coordinator.
